Mrs. Jayashree R, Director – HR & Admin

A BSc Graduate, who has been working in multinational companies like AXA (formerly Guardian Insurance) holding a Key Portfolio and prior to that, has worked in companies like Kirloskar and L&T Gould. She has graduated from Mysore University in the year 1983-86. She has worked at senior managerial levels in MNC’s. In her capacity as Director, she manages Administration and Human Resources of ProMax Management Consultants Private Limited.

Jayashree R is the CEO Critical Edge, a Training Academy to provide Technical Training to Project Managers & Engineers. CE is a Non-Profit Organization trying to mould tomorrow’s Engineers by giving that extra polish. She has the foresight to think what is possible. She stretches it further to drive “it’s always possible”! Whether she realizes or not she thinks at a systems level and she executes flawlessly using elements that are within the system. If needed, she will not hesitate to modulate the expanse of her system in order to establish symbiosis between diverse systems.
